A presente invenção refere-se a um doce de goiaba de consistência cremosa processado com adição de edulcorantes naturais (calda de agave, sorbitol e xilitol). O doce de goiaba elaborado com edulcorantes naturais tem grande potencial como novo produto alimentício com redução de sacarose, pois apresenta elevado valor nutritivo, textura uniforme, excelente sabor doce, agradável e cor atraente, proporciona maior rendimento e baixo valor calórico, constituindo-se em uma alternativa para os consumidores que desejam adquirir produto com reduzido valor calórico e baixo teor de açúcares.
