Refere-se a presente patente de invenção a um processo de fabricação de pudim de leite condensado zero adição de açúcar e seu processo de armazenamento, cujo propósito é o de inovar e tornar mais saudável a alimentação de sobremesas sem que o pudim perca o sabor, além de, é claro, contribuir para a melhoria e prevenção da saúde, evitando o aumento de glicose na corrente sanguínea evitando doenças relacionadas ao excesso de açúcar no sangue, tais como: diabetes e obesidade.
