Patente de invenção para cerveja com adição de acerola a partir dainserção, durante a fervura, de uma quantidade entre 30g até 200 g para cada 1L de cerveja. A adição da acerola contribui com a cerveja sensorialmente, acrescentando acidez e dulçor residual, e físico-quimicamente, modificando a cor, reduzindo levemente o teor alcoólico e diminuindo o pH, o que torna a cerveja microbiologicamente mais resistente. Desta maneira, a acerola dá características únicas à cerveja e diversifica sabores e aromas ao público consumidor.
