A referida invenção compreende a obtenção de um filme polimérico hidrossolúvel de Agar, um polissacarídeo hidrocolóide natural largamente utilizado na indústria alimentícia, incorporado com óleo essencial e extrato hidroalcoólico que possua atividade antimicrobiana frente a bactérias e fungos de interesse clinico, ação anti-inflamatória e cicatrizante para uso em feridas. Além de apresentar a capacidade de degradar biofilme bacteriano e impedir a adesão de novas bactérias.
