A presente invenção refere-se a composições de uso tópico contendo uma combinação de ativos para tratamento de pele, particularmente uma composição, compreendendo pelo menos um ácido hialurônico associado a um derivado orgânico de silício ou seus sais correspondentes; um retinóide e um extrato de semente de Sesamum indicum, preferencialmente em combinação com outros ativos para tratamento de pele, como um antioxidante ou uma lecitina. A invenção também prevê o uso de composições por meio da aplicação tópica, à pele.
