A presente invenção descreve um dispositivo a base de luz, seja ela lâmpadas e/ou LEDs operando em comprimentos de ondas entre 320 e 400nm, para tratamento por Fototerapia no UVA, na presença ou ausência de psoraleno (PUVA), no tratamento das diversas doenças como: vitiligo, psoríase, dermatite atópica, fotodermatoses idiopáticas (erupção polimorfa à luz, urticária solar, prurigo actínico, dermatite crônica actínica), dermatite seborreica entre outras.
