CERVEJA ADICIONADA DE CASCA DE LARANJA (Citrus sinensis) E PEDÚNCULO DE CAJU (Anacardium orcidenale) é um produto inovador no setor de cervejas, que apresenta em sua composição compostos fenólicos e atividade antioxidante, agregando ao sabor e aroma da bebida, funcionalidade a mesma. No seu preparo, subprodutos da indústria de alimentos (a casca de laranja e pedúnculo de cajú) são adicionados a levedura hidratada, ficando em contato com a mesma 1h antes da incorporação destes no mosto cervejeiro. Trata-se de um novo produto no setor da cerveja que irá agradar a paladares mais exigentes e que trará beneficios a saúde do consumidor.
