Abstract

COMPOSIÇÕES DERIVAVEIS DE MACROALGAS VERMELHAS PARA CONTROLE DE DOENÇAS ENTÉRICAS EM ANIMAIS A presente patente de invenção (PI) refere-se a uma composição de matéria, compreendendo agaranas sulfatadas e carragenanas híbridas quimicamente modificadas deriváveis de macroalgas vermelhas, capazes de serem adsorvidas por bactérias patogênicas, e a aplicação destas como composição de alimento, produto alimentício, suplemento ou aditivo alimentar animal com a finalidade de tratamento e/ou profilaxia de doenças entéricas em animais, causadas por bactérias gram-negativas zoonóticas pertencentes às famílias Enterobacteriaceae, Campylobacteraceae ou Vibrionaceae.
