Abstract

POLÍMERO À BASE DE POLIPIRROL DUPLAMENTE REVESTIDO PARA SE OBTER RESTRIÇÃO À LIGAÇÃO DE MACROMOLÉCULAS, PROCESSO DE PREPARAÇÃO E USO DO MESMO. A patente em questão refere-se à síntese de polímero à base de polipirrol revestido duplamente para se obter uma restrição a macromoléculas oriundas de fluidos biológicos. Esse recobrimento promove uma barreira química e estérica às macromoléculas permitindo a exclusão de aproximadamente 100% das proteínas presentes em matrizes complexas. O processo de síntese é simples, de baixo custo, reprodutível e com alto rendimento. Além disso, esse material pode ser utilizado em diferentes áreas, tendo grande importância e aplicação nas áreas química, farmacêutica e médica, evidenciando sua aplicação na área de preparo de amostras e separações.
