A presente invenção descreve um processo para obtenção de um suplemento alimentar para esportistas e animais a partir de pólen apícola monofloral de coqueiro e melaço de cana de açúcar/rapadura, sob a forma de um granulado. A presente invenção oferece uma alternativa de um produto natural, de qualidade e excelente aceitação para a suplementação de esportistas e uma dieta animal saudável e equilibrada, constituída, principalmente, de carboidratos, proteínas, lipídeos, antioxidantes naturais, minerais e aminoácidos livres que conferem propriedades antioxidantes ao produto.
