A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição farmacêutica para administração oral que compreende um sistema multiparticulado suspenso em fase sólida, em que o sistema multiparticulado compreende microesferas revestidas com uma película de descongestionante, e a fase sólida é constituída por um anti-histamínico, a parte remanescente, de descongestionante e excipientes farmacêuticos aceitáveis.
