A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição nutricional hipoalergênica à base de hidrolisado de arroz enriquecido. Em especial, a dita composição é voltada para suplementação alimentar infantil para casos onde a criança apresenta alergia aos componentes do leite. Dita composição apresenta todos os componentes nutricionais essenciais para o desenvolvimento correto de crianças quando em substituição do leite materno.
