Abstract

MÉTODO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE UM ENVOLTÓRIO DE TURBINA E ENVOLTÓRIO PARA UMA TURBINA. Trata-se de métodos de fabricação de envoltórios de turbina com um revestimento abrasível que equilibram as exigências aparentemente contraditórias de alta solidez de trajetória de fluxo, baixo desgaste de ponta de lâmina, e durabilidade satisfatória em serviço que podem incluir formar um revestimento abrasível em uma superfície de um sistema de revestimento para formar uma superfície de trajetória de fluxo substancialmente suave. A formação do revestimento abrasível inclui formar um revestimento abrasível suave relativamente poroso. Os métodos também podem incluir usinar o abrasível a fim de alcançar uma superfície de trajetória de fluxo substancialmente suave.
