Abstract
RESUMOMÉTODOS PARA FORMAR UM ARTIGO, ARTIGO E COMPONENTE DE MOTOR DE TURBINAEm um exemplo da presente tecnologia, um método para formar um artigo inclui dispor um revestimento eletricamente condutor sobre um substrato. O método inclui adicionalmente dispor uma pilha de camadas sobre o revestimento eletricamente condutor (I) dispondo um primeiro revestimento de proteção por deposição eletroforética; (II) realizando tratamento térmico no primeiro revestimento de proteção; (III) dispondo uma camada eletricamente condutora sobre o primeiro revestimento de proteção; e (IV) repetindo, opcionalmente, as etapas (I) a (III). O método inclui adicionalmente dispor um segundo revestimento de proteção sobre uma camada eletricamente condutora externa na pilha de camadas por deposição eletroforética; e realizar tratamento térmico no segundo revestimento de proteção.
