DISPOSITIVO E MÉTODO PARA DETECÇÃO NAS ESTRADAS, DE AUTOMÓVEIS, CARROS OU MOTOCICLETAS EM SITUAÇÃO IRREGULAR NO DEPARTAMENTO NACIONAL DE TRÂNSITO Pedido de Patente de Invenção para: DISPOSITIVO E MÉTODO PARA DETECÇÃO NAS ESTRADAS, DE AUTOMÓVEIS, CARROS OU MOTOCICLETAS EM SITUAÇÃO IRREGULAR NO DEPARTAMENTO NACIONAL DE TRÂNSITO. A presente invenção refere-se a um transponder que é afixado nos automóveis, carros e motocicletas, o qual ao entrar na área de captura do leitor, envia um código fixo que carrega informações do País, Estado, Fabricante Autorizado e Número Sequencial seguindo a lei de formação de construção do código. O leitor transmite o código recebido a um computador acoplado através de interface de comunicação, um programa de computador identifica a qual automóvel ou motocicleta o código se refere, verifica se existe situação irregular e libera a passagem do veículo ou emite sinal visual e sonoro indicando que veículo é para ser bloqueado e uma abordagem ao motorista ou motociclista é para ser realizada.
