PROCESSO E KIT PARA IMUNODIAGNÓSTICO DA CRIPTOCOCOSE UTILIZANDO PEPTÍDEOS SINTÉTICOS IMUNORREATIVOS.Compreende-se a presente patente de invenção a um processo que descreve a utilização de peptídeos sintéticos imunorreativos para o desenvolvimento de um kit para teste imunodiagnóstico da criptococose, a partir da seleção de peptídeos sintéticos oriundos da identificação de proteínas imunorreativas de Cryptococcus spp., por análises proteômicas, e de bioinformática, seguido da síntese de peptídeos e realização de imunoensaios, objetivando seu uso como teste imunodiagnóstico mais eficiente para criptococose humana, tendo em vista a alta especificidade e sensibilidade destes antígenos.
