Abstract
DISPOSITIVO SEMICONDUTOR E MÉTODO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE DISPOSITIVO SEMICONDUTOR. A presente invenção se refere um dispositivo semicondutor (100) que inclui um elemento semicondutor (6); um membro unido (2) que é unido ao elemento se-micondutor e inclui um filme de níquel (2a); e uma camada de união (4) que é unida ao do membro unido e contém 2,0 wt% ou mais de cobre, na qual a camada de uni-ão inclui uma parte de união (4a) e uma parte Cu6Sn5, o metal de base da parte de solda contém pelo menos titânio como um elemento componente e contém cobre elementar, e a parte Cu6Sn5 está em contato com o filme de níquel.
