PROCESSO BIOTECNOLÓGICO PARA PRODUÇÃO DE RAÇÃO PELETIZADA CONTENDO RESÏDUOS DE CAJU. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de bioconversão dos resíduos de caju utilizando o micro-organismo Saccharomyces cerevisiae em fermentação semissólida, obtendo-se produtos que apresentam valores nutricionais maiores ou iguais aos concentrados convencionais. Os produtos em forma de rações peletizadas, podem ser armazenados e conservados em temperatura ambiente e apresentam maior prazo de validade.
