A presente invenção descreve o compósito obtido por acoplamento químico do poli(£-caprolactona) de topologia estrelada (PCS) com nanocristais elou microcristais de hidroxiapatita (HAP). O processo de funcionalização química da superfície de HAP com PCS para obtenção de um compósito com propriedades biodegradáveis, biocompatíveis e bioreabsorvível é obtido utilizando diferentes núcleos iniciadores.
