Abstract

BOMBOM FUNCIONALA presente invenção diz respeito à formulação de Bombom prebiótico com alto valor nutricional e sabor agradável. Mas particularmente, a formulação contém um composto bioativo (licopeno) e substância prebiótica (inulina), constituindo-se, dessa forma, como um Bombom funcional. A formulação busca diminuir os riscos de doenças crônicas não transmissíveis (DCNT) e o câncer principalmente de mama e de próstata além de outro efeitos funcionais.
