A colheitadeira tem um sensor de largura de touceira-m~e, que sensoreia a largura de toueeira-m~e de uma touceira-m~e de safra. Um sensor de posição sensoreia uma posição da colheitadeira, e a o gerador de mapa gera um mapa com base na largura de touceira-mãe sensoreada e na posição sensoreada.
