Abstract
UNIDADE DE LEITOR DE CARTÃO DE MEMÓRIA E TERMINAL DE PROCESSAMENTO DE DADOS DE TRANSAÇÃO CORRESPONDENTE A invenção refere-se a uma unidade de leitor (BLe) de cartão de memória (CM) com um formato, de modo geral, de um paralelepípedo retangular, que compreende uma face de inserção (Fl) de cartão de memória (CM), sendo que a dita face de inserção (Fl) compreende uma reentrância de inserção (Ev) e uma fenda de inserção (Fl) para um cartão de memória, em que a dita fenda de inserção compreende um rebordo inferior (LI) e um rebordo superior (LS). De acordo com a invenção, o dito rebordo inferior se estende longitudinalmente e paralelo em relação a um plano de inserção de um cartão de memória na dita Unidade de leitura, de modo a formar um rebordo de inserção estendido (Lie) que se estende além de um plano de inserção (Pfl).
