Abstract
1/1 RESUMO CONJUNTO DE MANCAL MAGNÉTICO E MOTOR MODULAR, E UM MÉTODO DE FABRICAÇÃO PARA TAL Um conjunto de mancal magnético e motor modular compreende uma carcaça de posicionamento (1) que tem uma superfície de referência plana (17), uma superfície de referência cilíndrica exterior (15), um porção central dotada sobre uma face exterior de canais de escoamento de líquido de resfriamento (11) e porções intermediárias dotadas de aberturas (18, 19) para entrada e saída de fluido gasoso; um rotor (4) que apresenta uma superfície de referência cilíndrica interior (41) e uma superfície de referência plana (42); um motor elétrico (6); mancais magnéticos radiais (7, 8); um recosto radial (3); e mancais mecânicos auxiliares (91, 92). O conjunto modular pode então ser incorporado em uma carcaça principal (150) simplesmente deslizando-o, e ele pode ser conectado diretamente a uma unidade funcional (250) sem retrabalhar ajustamentos dos mancais magnéticos (3, 7, 8).
