A invenção ora apresentada diz respeito a aplicação de diferentes soluções para glazeamento por imersão em massas para a produção de pães de diversos tipos e tamanhos de modo a promever melhoria do aspecto externo, atributos sensoriais e valor nutricional dependendo da matéria-prima utilizada Entre as características inovadoras estão o uso de óleo de girassol, soja, milho, algodão e canela; tomate, brócolis, palmito e espinafre em pó; farinha de resíduo de abacaxi, caju, goiaba e manga.
