Abstract

PROCESSO DE DEPOSIÇAO DE FILMES FINOS DE ITO E ITON, FILMES FINOS DE ITO E ITON E USO DOS MESMOS A presente invenção referese ao processo de deposição de filmes finos de ITO e ITON. Estes materiais foram evaporados sobre uma superfície de silicio e foram submetidos a processos de recozimento em atmosfera de nitrogênio e oxigênio. A caracterização foi feita para identificar as propriedades elétricas, ópticas e estrururais, sendo possível sua aplicação para fins ambientais, como a fabricação de células solares reduzindo gastos com energia elétrica no local como fonte de energia renovável.
