Abstract

CAMISA DE CILINDRO PARA ENGASTAMENTO EM UM BLOCO DE MOTOR E BLOCO DE MOTOR.A presente invenção refere-se a uma camisa (10) de cilindro para motores de combustão interna, mais concretamente uma camisa (10) de cilindro engastada por fundição em um bloco (8) de motor, sendo que a superfície externa (2) circunferencial é dotada de uma determinada rugosidade e de um revestimento (5) capaz de promover a adesão entre a camisa (10) de cilindro e o bloco (8) de motor, inibindo a formação de vazios (4) e promovendo excelente troca térmica para o bloco (8) de motor. O revestimento (5) tem como particularidade ser constituído de níquel puro (Ni99), o que permite que uma camisa (10) revestida com tal metal possa ser engastada por fundição por alta pressão ou fundição por baixa pressão ou gravidade.
