Abstract
FORMULAÇÃO ENZIMÁTICA DE LOÇÃO CONTENDO QUERATINASE MICROBIANA COMO ÚNICO AGENTE DE AÇÃO DEPILATÓRIA E PROMOTORA DE ABSORÇÃO DE FÁRMACOS. O presente invento descreve o uso de uma enzima bacteriana (queratinase) como ativo em uma formulação cosmética para uso tópico sobre a pele integra e que apresenta capacidade de desempenhar duas ações: (a) agente depilatório sem a adição de outras enzimas e/ou aditivos depilatórios tradicionais na formulação e (b) promotora de absorção de fármacos. A enzima do presente invento é obtida pelo processo de fermentação usando como substrato a farinha de pena.
