DISPOSITIVO E MÉTODO PARA MATURAÇÃO DE FRUTAS. A presente invenção descreve um dispositivo e método para auxiliar na maturação de frutas que utiliza três tecnologias de amadurecimento, a saber (a) etileno evaporado através de um composto líquido dentro de uma câmara onde se encontra a fruta; (b) calor propagado por uma resistência nesse ambiente; e (c) ventilação para a manutenção do oxigênio interno para a fruta respirar. O invento se caracteriza como um eletrodoméstico com funcionalidade para realizar o amadurecimento controlado de frutas.
