Abstract

PROCESSO DE PRODUÇÃO DE FILMES TRANSPARENTES E SEMITRANSPARENTES DE NIO (ÓXIDO DE NÍQUEL) UTILIZANDO SACAROSE. A invenção é um processo para obtenção de filmes transparentes e semitransparentes de óxido de níquel, com o uso de uma solução aquosa contendo apenas lons de níquel e sacarose. Os filmes podem ser obtidos espalhando a solução sobre substratos pré-aquecidos, condutores ou não condutores. A alta transparência é observada no filme assim que depositado. A transparência pode ser otimizada através um curto tratamento térmico após a deposição.
