RESUMOPatente de Invenção: "VÁLVULA PARA MOTORES DE COMBUSTÃO INTERNA E PROCESSO PARA OBTENÇÃO DE UMA VÁLVULA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma válvula (1) para uso em um motor de combustão interna, em que pelo menos uma região submetida a um processo de deformação plástica (tal como a região do pescoço (3) da válvula(1)) é dotada de ao menos 17% de cromo metálico solubilizado. A presente invenção tem também por objeto um processo capaz de proporcionar tal mecanismo de solubilização do cromo na estrutura da válvula (1), promovendo assim um elemento capaz de resistir à corrosão, mantendo um custo competitivo.
