PÓ ALIMENTÍCIO OBTIDO DO RESÍDUO DE ACEROLA (Malpighia sp.) - A Patente de Invenção do "PÓ ALIMENTÍCIO OBTDO DO RESÍDUO DE ACEROLA (Malpighia sp.)" refere-se a um produto obtido através do processamento do resíduo agroindustrial de acerola, envolvendo os processos de secagem e moagem. Tal produto pode ser adicionado em outras preparações alimentícias, propiciando mais uma aternativa para o mercado atual e, em paralelo, evitando descarte inadequado desse resíduo no meio ambiente. O processo inclui as etapas: (1) secagem natural e/ou artificial do resíduo de acerola e (2) moagem do resíduo recém-desidratado para obtenção do pó.
