RESUMO SISTEMA DE LACRE ELETRÔNICO SEGURO PARA PLACAS VEICULARES compreendendo um módulo (10) de lacre eletrônico que incorpora em seu interior um chip dotado de memória, antena e aplicativos de segurança, encapsulado em material impermeável e resistente à intempérie e possuindo meios de fixação (11, 12, 13) à placa de licença (14) existente no veículo, ditos aplicativos de segurança compreendendo um software que permite a gravação de informações uma única vez e um software que restringe o acesso a determinadas informações contidas na memória, dito acesso sendo liberado mediante uma chave fornecida a um dispositivo de leitura no ato de seu registro junto ao órgão de controle de trânsito (DETRAN). ????????1/1
