MÉTODO DE CARACTERIZAÇÃO DE SUSCETIBILIDADE DE QUEBRA CROMOSSÔMICA. A presente invenção apresenta método inovador de caracterização de quebras e rearranjos cromossômicos, sendo aplicado em diagnóstico de Anemia de Fanconi. As principais vantagens da presente invenção são a diminuição dos custos referentes aos ensaios laboratoriais que utilizam Diepoxibutano (DEB) ou Mitomicinas C (MMC), redução do tempo necessário para o envio dos resultados, além de garantir maior segurança ao meio ambiente e aos laboratoristas na realização dos ensaios.
