A presente invenção refere-se a composições herbicidas contendo (a) aminopiralida ou um sal agricolamente aceitável ou éster desta e (b) bentazon ou um sal agricolamente aceitável deste. As composições fornecem o controle de erva daninha sinérgica de vegetação indesejável, por exemplo, no arroz, trigo, cevada, aveia, centeio, sorgo, grão ou milho, colza/canola, vegetais, pastagens, gramados, terras de pastagem natural, terra em pousio, relva, árvore e pomares de videira, aquáticas, manejo da vegetação industrial ou direitos de passagem.
