A presente tecnologia descreve uma composição que compreende uma bebida láctea (iogurte) com potenciais benefícios funcionais à saúde adquiridos através da sua suplementação com o extrato do fungo Agaricus biazei. A tecnologia traz potenciais benefícios à saúde e ao bem estar dos individuos, diminuindo os riscos de doenças devido à ingestão de componentes antioxidantes presentes no fungo.
