CONJUGADO rLipL32 DE PICHIA PASTORIS-ISOTIOCIANATO DE FLUORESCEÍNA PARA DIAGNÓSTICO DE LEPTOSPIROSE. A presente invenção refere-se ao conjugado FPA/rLipL32 (proteína recombinante LipL32 produzida em Pichia pastoris ligada a molécula isotiocianato de fluoresceína) para o diagnóstico da leptospirose. O conjugado referido foi produzido para detectar anticorpos contra leptospiras patogênicas. Em particular, o conjugado FPA/rLipL32 é capaz de identificar anticorpos antígeno específicos no soro de animais infectados pelo patógeno através da técnica de polarização da fluorescência (FPA). Portanto, o conjugado FPA/rLipL32 aqui descrito pode ser utilizado para estudos epidemiológicos e em ensaios de imunodiagnóstico da leptospirose.
