SUPRESSOR MAGNÉTICO DE AFUNDAMENTO PARA CARGAS SENSÍVEIS INDUSTRIAL (SMASI). Patente de invenção pertencente ao campo dos equipamentos eletro-eletrônicos instalados em subestações de energia elétrica compreendido pelo fato de alterar a inclinação da característica do reator, o qual se baseia no controle das correntes dos enrolamentos terciários através do ajuste dos ângulos de disparo de tiristores conectados em antiparalelo inseridos em cada enrolamento terciário do RNS, por meio da inserção de chaves conhecidas como tiristores no reator de saturação natural, em série com os enrolamentos terciários.
