Patente de lnvengéo: "PRODUTO DE SEMENTE TERMICAMENTE PRO-CESSADA E METODO".A presente invengéo refere-se a um produto alimenticio e méto-do, que é fornecido. O produto alimenticio inclui uma Ieguminosa tendo umteor de égua total abaixo daquele de uma Ieguminosa totalmente hidratada euma textura mastigével. E formado a partir de uma Ieguminosa seca e é hi-dratado, mas somente parcialmente, resultando em um teor de égua total nafaixa entre aproximadamente 0,25 gramas de égua/grama de matéria seca eaproximadamente 0,75 gramas de égua por grama de matéria seca. A legu-minosa esté em uma forma intacta e néo foi totalmente hidratada apés a co-Iheita.
