Abstract
LIGAS DE NÍQUEL-CROMO-MOLIBDÊNIO-COBRE RESISTENTES A ÁCIDO E ÁLCALIS. A presente invenção refere-se a uma liga de níquel-cromo-molibdênio-cobre resistente ao ácido sulfúrico a 70% e 93 C e ao hidróxido de sódio a 50% e 121 C para neutralização entre ácido e base no campo de manejo de resíduos; a liga contém, em percentagem em peso, 27 a 33 de cromo, 4,9 a 7,8 de molibdênio, mais do que 3,1, mas não mais do que 6,0 de cobre; até 3,0 de ferro, 0,3 a 1,0 de manganês, 0,1 a 0,5 de alumínio, 0,1 a 0,8 de silício, 0,01 a 0,11 de carbono, até 0,13 de nitrogênio, até 0,05 de magnésio, até 0,05 de elementos de terras-raras, com o balanceamento feito entre níquel e impurezas. Titânio ou outros formadores de carbeto MC podem ser adicionados para melhorar a estabilidade térmica da liga
