Abstract

CAMISA DE CILINDRO PARA ENGASTAMENTO EM UM BLOCO DE MOTOR E BLOCO DE MOTOR A presente invenção refere-se a uma camisa de cilindro (10) para motores de combustão interna, mais concretamente uma camisa de cilindro (10) engastada por fundição em um bloco de motor (8), sendo que a superfície externa (2) circunferencial sendo dotada de um revestimento (5) capaz de promover a adesão entre a camisa de cilindro (10) e o bloco de motor (8) inibindo a formação de vazios (4) e promovendo excelente troca térmica para o bloco de motor (8). O revestimento (5) tem como particularidade ser constituído de uma liga de níquel fósforo (NiP) com uma temperatura de fusão variável em função do teor de fósforo, o que permite que uma camisa (10) revestida com tal liga possa ser engastada por fundição por alta pressão ou fundição por baixa pressão ou gravidade.
