USO E OBTENÇÃO DE EXTRATOS E FRAÇÕES DE FLORES DE MUSA PARADISIACA L. E SUA APLICAÇÃO COMO ANTIASMÁTICO E ANTI-INFLAMATÓRIO (LOCAL E SISTÊMICO), EM ASMA AGUDA E CRÔNICA. A presente invenção consta da produção de extratos e frações a partir de flores de Musa paradisiaca L. e da comprovação das propriedades antiasmática e anti-inflamatória, em asma aguda e crônica, desses extratos. Tais propriedades foram demonstradas através diminuição da inflamação broncoalveolar (comprovada por histopatológico) e sistêmica (diminuição do número de leucócitos) de camundongos asmáticos.
