COMPOSIÇÃO IMUNOMODULADORA PRESERVADORA DE ÓRGÃOS, PROCESSO PARA SUA PRODUÇÃO, MÉTODO DE IMUNOMODULAÇÃO E PRESERVAÇÃO DE ÓRGÃOS EX-VIVO. A presente invenção descreve uma nova e inventiva composição preservadora de órgãos, o processo de produção dessa composição e um método de preservação de órgãos ex-vivo utilizando a referida composição. A composição da invenção preferencialmente compreende uma mistura de Heat Shock Proteins (Hsp), preferencialmene Hsp70, e soluções exclusivamente preservadoras de órgãos como, por exemplo, a solução de Winscosin ou Euro-Collins
