PROCESSO DE INIBIÇÃO E/OU CONTROLE DE BIOFILME UTILIZANDO N-(3-SULFOOXI-25-COLEST-5-EN-26-OIL)-L-ISOLEUCINA, NATURAL OU SINTÉTICA, OU SEUS DERIVADOS (NATURAIS OU SINTÉTICOS). O presente relatório descritivo descreve um processo para evitar e/ou controlar o (s) biofilme (s) em qualquer superfície, utilizando N-(3-sulfooxi-25-colest-5-en-26-oil)- L-isoleucina, natural ou sintética, ou seus derivados (naturais ou sintéticos). N-(3-sulfooxi-25-colest-5-en-26-oil)-L-isoleucina é um composto presente na cera que reveste a superfície dos ovos do carrapato bovino Rhipicephalus (boophilus) microplus, podendno também ser isolado de outra espécie de carrapato, e que apresenta atividade de inibir a formação de biofilmes microbianos.
