USO DE PELO MENOS UM POLIFENOL DA FAMÍLIA DOS ESTILBENOS E MÉTODO PARA PREVENÇÃO DO DESENVOLVIMENTO DE AUTISMO EM UM MAMÍFERO DESCENTE. A presente invenção descreve o uso de pelo menjos um polifenol da família dos etilbenos, na preparação de um medicamento para a prevenção do autismo em um mamífero descente, prevenção esta que consiste em administrar no mamífero genitor, durante a gestação do mamífero descendente, uma quantidade terapeuticamente eficaz de um polifenol da família dos estilbenos.
