REVESTIMENTO ALIMENTÍCIO ANTIMICROBIANO, PRODUTO ALIMENTÍCIO E PROCESSO DE PRODUÇÃO DE PRODUTO ALIMENTÍCIO. A presente invenção vem promover uma maneira de resolver o problema da contaminação de alimentos por meio de microorganismos e conseqüente diminuição da vida de prateleira do mesmo. A aplicação de um revestimento alimentício antimicrobiano possibilita a inibição de crescimento microbiano, a retenção de umidade e o aumento de vida na prateleira de produtos alimentícios.
