PROCESSO DE SÍNTESE DE PADRÕES DE OXIGÊNIO-18 COM BARREIRA PASSIVADORA EM UM SUBSTRATO - A presente invenção descreve um processo de síntese de padrões de isótopo de oxigênio- 18 (^18^ 0) com barreira passivadora difundido na direção de um substrato, mais especificamente, as síntese de padrões de ^18^ 0 utilizando silício (Si) como substrato e SiO~2~ como barreira passivadora, desta forma, sintetizando padrões mais estáveis e confiáveis aolongo do tempo.
