IMPLANTE CIRÚRGICO AUTOANCORÁVEL EM GRADIENTE FUNCIONAL PARA RECONSTRUÇÃO DE CARTILAGEM E SEU PROCESSO DE FABRICAÇÃO A invenção se refere a um implante cirúrgico 5 autoancorável ( O 1) em gradiente funcional para reconstrução de cartilagem e ao seu processo de fabricação. O implante cirúrgico autoancorável (01) mimetizar as funções tribológicas da cartilagem. é capaz de O corpo do implante cirúrgico autoancorável (01) tem a forma cilíndrica, 10 cilindróide ou outra qualquer, traduzindo-se em uma matriz polimérica em gradiente funcional reforçada com biovidro apresentando níveis crescentes de porosidade da sua superfície exposta para a superfície oposta que permanece no interior do tecido hospedeiro. 15 Essa geometria cilíndrica ou outra qualquer com gradiente funcional caracteriza o implante cirúrgico como autoancorável e o mantém estável no local da reconstrução da cartilagem até a sua completa integração.
