PROCESSO DE CONFECÇÃO DE ESTATOR DE MÁQUINA DÍNAMO-ELETRICA E SISTEMA DE CALIBRAÇÃO DE ESTATOR DE MÁQUINA DÍNAMO-ELÉTRICA A presente invenção refere-se a um processo otimizado de confecção de estator de máquina dínamo-elétrica, o qual é integrado por uma etapa de "calibração" das lâminas utilizadas para a confecção de um estator de motor elétrico. A referida etapa de "calibração", a qual compreende a etapa final do referido processo de confecção de estator, é responsável pela deformação concêntrica das extremidades das bases polares das lâminas do estator de modo que os centros (13) e as extremidades (12) das bases polares (11) de todas as lâminas (1) do estator (2) compreendem, ao final da etapa de calibração do estator de máquina dínamo-elétrica, uma disposição geral fundamentalmente circular baseada em um raio virtual (R1).
