MÉTODO PARA ANALISE DE VIGOR DE GERMINAÇÃO DE SEMENTES O presente pedido de patente de invenção refere-se a um método para análise de vigor da germinação de sementes através da medição da emissão ultra-fraca de luz. A invenção pode ser aplicada na análise de soluções e amostras de manancial/efluente/solo usando-se sementes como indicador biológico. As vantagens em relação ao método tradicional de análise manual dos brotos são tempo mais curto para a conclusão da análise, simplicidade operacional e possibilidade de automatização do processo.
