PROCESSO PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE ÉSTERES GRAXOS SOBRE UMA PLACA POROSA. Se refere a uma nova metodologia usando uma placa de material e porosidade apropriada para obter ésteres graxos a partir da esterificação alcoólica de ácidos graxos livres, podendo ser usada em processos por fluxo continuo ou batelada. A dimensão dos poros da placa é seletiva por separar os reagentes (ácido graxo, álcool e catalisador) do produto (éster graxo), mais especificamente a placa é um suporte poroso de um material inerte aos catalisadores ácidos e a porosidade da placa seleciona e retém os ácidos graxos na superfície superior e permite os ésteres graxos fluir continuamente pelos poros, para ser coletado, purificado e destinado para fins industriais ou como combustível para motor do ciclo diesel.
